The Tight Curves Brownie Diet Challenge was a 14 week transformation program where the participants actually ate brownies and lost weight!

Hundreds of woman applied for this transformation and only 12 were chosen to participate in this unique challenge. Each woman followed a nutrition plan that included a Tight Curves protein shake and a pan of Tight Curves Protein brownies each day (find recipe at www.tightcurves.net). In addition, the women used Top Secret Fat Burner by Tight Curves which accelerated fat loss, curbed cravings and appetite, and provided them with antioxidants.

I took to the Tight Curves Diet Brownie Challenge to lose much needed weight.  I was a proud mother to a beautiful baby boy, yet I was left with more than 40 pounds of extra fat.  I gained 50 pounds when I got pregnant and I only lost 20 pounds after birth.  I also need to lose 15 pounds before I was even pregnant.  So needless to say I had a lot of weight to lose and felt overwhelmed and helpless.  8 months went by and I was only able to manage a 10 pound loss.  I came to a plateau and was miserable inside.  I was embarrassed by my weight and how I looked and this began to tear my confidence down day by day.  I remember another mother telling me that I just needed to get use to my new body; it's just how it was now.  I became mad over this statement and thought, why should any woman settle for how she looks?

That's about the time that my cousin and personal trainer, Alonia Cottell, turned me onto an email she received from Tom and Kristal Richardson.  They were searching for women to lose 20-40 pounds to be at their optimum weight.  I jumped right on it!  Finally, a chance to get motivated to lose this weight!  Thankfully I was one of the 12 girls chosen to take part in the challenge.  There was no looking back from that day!  

Tight Curves provided me with their Double Chocolate Ice Cream Protein Powder and their Top Secret Fat Burner.  As soon as I received the package in the mail I started the challenge.  I began a clean eating diet, started drinking the protein shakes, making the brownies with the protein packets, and taking the fat burner.  I also started circuit training 3 times a week along with cardio 5-6 times a week.  What's great about the Tight Curves products is that they give you energy, control your appetite, and aid in muscle growth.  The Double Chocolate Ice Cream Protein powder filled me up and was great as a post workout snack.  I also made the Tight Curves brownies with the protein packets for my sweet tooth snack cravings! These are great because you can make them up and eat them with a cup of hot tea and it tricks your body into thinking you are eating a real chocolate brownie!  Who doesn't like brownies, right?  The Top Secret fat burner also gave me lots of energy without the jittery feeling of other fat burners I have taken in the past.  It helped control my overwhelming appetite while burning fat!  After taking the Tight Curves products for 4 months I am a definitely hooked!  Tight Curves is my choice for supplements!  

I can't tell you this was an easy 14 week journey, because it wasn't.  It was challenging, emotional and exciting all at the same time!  I worked hard and set a new goal for myself each week.  I may have had some road bumps, but the Tight Curves products helped me get back on track.  I went from 158 pounds to 120 pounds in 14 weeks!  I couldn't be more confident, proud, and happy!  This isn't the end for me, just the beginning.  I have taken on a new lifestyle and there is no going back!  I encourage every woman out there to take the challenge that will change your life!  Thank You Tight Curves!

I have just completed the Tight Curves 14 week Brownie Challenge and have had such great success. I started my journey in September 2009. At a starting weight of 188.9 pounds, and standing 5’9”, I struggled with everyday activity and working out was something I wanted to do, but just hated the fact that others would be watching me. I knew that if I didn’t do something to lose the weight, it would only be a matter of time before I added more pounds rather than take them off. I have gone from a size 14-15 to a current 6-8. Thanks to Tight Curves.
  
During the challenge I had the opportunity to use the Tight Curves Products for women only, such as the protein powder and Top Secret Fat Burner. The Fat Burner was a strawberry flavor and was very easy to take without upsetting my tummy. I would take the fat burner with a large glass of water before going to the gym every morning at 5:30 am.  I would also take the fat burner before lunch, and again before dinner. I found that it gave me the energy to wake up and get going and the drive to do more at the gym. I had absolutely no side effects from the fat burner, no jitters and no sick feeling. Right away I noticed that it helped curb my appetite.  

After my workouts I drank the protein shake as a post workout drink. I also drank the protein at one of my daily meals and used it to curb my cravings. I especially found it took care of my cravings for something sweet. I have to say I tried all the flavors, but my favorite was the double chocolate protein.

I also used the protein powder to make a pan of brownies every morning; these also helped me throughout my day, by eliminating my sweet cravings and were used as a light snack. I have to say I enjoyed them and shared them with my co workers.

The Tight Curves products help me become the woman I wanted to be...being active in the challenge put the fire under my butt to go full force and challenge myself to complete what I started. Combine the products with eating properly and working out daily has now changed my mind, body and outlook on life. Not to mention I can go shopping and by 8 sizes smaller than I did before the challenge.

When I started the Tight Curves Brownie diet challenge my weight was 172lbs.  First thing I did was set my goal of 135lbs.  I was a little nervous setting this goal for just a short 14 weeks, but was ready to take on the challenge..  I received my Tight Curves products which included Tight Curves Protein, fat burner and of course the recipe to make up my tight curves brownies.  Along with the products I received a sample diet.  So to start out I would prepare my meals for the next day every night.  Every morning I would eat breakfast and take the fat burner before leaving for the gym to workout.  After working out I would always follow up with a Tight Curves Protein Shake.  Which I have used other brands of protein shakes in the past and none of them can even compare to Tight Curves Protein.  It is absolutely delicious and is like drinking a milk shake.  It is very smooth and doesn't leave that bad after taste that you get from most others.  I made sure I ate the recommended five meals a day and always took the fat burner before my third and fifth meals.  The fat burner was very easy to take; I mentioned in one of my videos that I usually have a hard time taking pills on a daily basis.  I would just really get turned off at the thought of it.  But the strawberry flavor on the fat burner made a huge difference for me.  It made it easier and helped me get past that little mental block I would get.  The fat burner also helped me tremendously keep up my energy levels and helped me to focus on my workouts and the goal ahead with a clear mind.  One of my biggest downfalls when trying to lose weight previously has been my sweet tooth.  And this is where the Tight Curves brownies came into play for me.  In the afternoons between my third and fourth meals was when I had my worst cravings.  This is when I would sit down with either a cup of water or hot tea and my brownies.  They helped me so much get past that craving and make it to the next meal without eating something I would regret later.  Also, sometimes in the evening after my fifth meal that sweet craving would surface again and I would eat some brownies then.  I preferred the brownies fresh out of the oven but also enjoyed them any other time. 

As for my workouts, I am very lucky to have my husband and a friend who helped me with them.  I started lifting my first week which is not something that I had ever done before.  I lifted on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, Friday and always followed up with cardio.  On Wednesdays and Saturdays I did cardio or fat burn only and Sunday was always rest.  Through the weeks I would push myself to increase weight and levels on cardio.  My workout was tweaked a little around my eighth week and then my last three weeks I changed up with a full body circuit workout.  I spent an average of 2 to 2 1/2 hours a day working out.  I was very excited and proud of myself the last few weeks when I was able to start running.  I have never been one to run but I have found that it is very fulfilling and makes me feel great. 

My results have been amazing and I am so excited and so very pleased with the progress that I have made.  I kicked off my first week with a five pound loss and was so excited!  I was able to lose anywhere from 4 to 1 pounds every week in the weeks to follow.  I never had one week that I didn't lose weight.  It was an amazing experience to see the changes in my body.  Every week I noticed I was stronger and was visually starting to see muscle that I have never seen before.  I am so grateful to Tight Curves for allowing me to be a part of this challenge.  They helped me reach a goal that I thought was unreachable and have given me great hope for what the future holds. I was able to reach my 135 lb goal and actually went one pound under.  So my weight on week number 14 is 134 lbs. 

WOW......Me at 134lbs.  That's AWESOME and feels GREAT!!!
